What is the difference between packages?

The main difference between packages is the canvas size, which

affects how much detail can go into your piece. All sizes are big

enough for detailed, realistic work, but the larger ones give extra

space for things like backgrounds, scenery, or more detailed portraits.

How do I book?

• Fill out the enquiry form with your wedding details.

• If I’m available, I’ll send over a booking
  link, plus your contract and invoice.

• To secure your spot, a 20% deposit (30% for
  International weddings), any travel fees and a
  signed contract are due within 7 days upon receipt
  of the invoice. The remaining balance is
  due three weeks before the wedding.

• You can book up to at least 2 months in advance, that gives us time to chat about your painting and make sure everything’s just right before the big day. Once your venue is locked in, feel free to reach out!

Consultation

• About four weeks before your wedding, I’ll send
  over a short questionnaire to help plan your painting.

• If possible, I highly recommend having me attend your photo session before or after the ceremony so I can gather the best references.

• Feel free to share your vision during the process, if you’re
  not sure yet, I’m happy to guide you and suggest ideas.

What’s involved with live wedding painting?

Can it fit into our timeline?

• I’ll arrive before your ceremony to set up and take reference photos for the painting.

• During the event, I’ll paint live while your guests watch the piece come together.

• Before I leave, I’ll find you to show you how the painting looks so far. I’ll then bring it back to my studio to complete the final details.

• The finished piece usually takes up to 12 weeks, though it can be done as quickly as 4 weeks, or up to 16 weeks if extra drying time is needed.
